To ensure fairness to all our clients and to efficiently manage our schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Rescheduling Appointments: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment date and time. Deposits are transferable one time to a new appointment time, if within our cancellation policy requirements. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with at least 5 business days' notice: You will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice: You will be charged 50% of the service fee. The remaining balance of your deposit will not be refunded. Same day cancellations and no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the service fee. No refund will be provided. Deposit Requirements: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation request. If you cancel your appointment on Wednesday for a Friday appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee, and the remaining deposit will be refunded.
